Full description of the position

The Commercial Client Advisor will work to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by assisting them in identifying their coverage needs, evaluating and securing appropriate policies to provide those coverages, managing customer documentation, and assisting with other customer service-related issues. Special Requirements: Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License Duties/Responsibilities: * Provide timely and professional day-to-day service on an existing book of commercial business. This includes consulting with clients on commercial insurance coverages, policy processing (endorsements, etc), renewal processing and remarketing, and related services * Interface with management/sales staff on timely renewal review, quoting and delivery * Quote and issue, policies in Insurance Company portals/website * Document policy information and correspondence with customers and carriers in agency management system * Maintain insurance license through completing required continuing education * Other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: - Experience working in a property and casualty insurance agency, preferably with some commercial experience - Positive and professional attitude - Strong interpersonal skills, including phone and email etiquette - Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment - Willingness and ability to learn a variety of company systems and procedures - Organized, self-motivated with an attention to detail - Strong technology/computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Compensation Package: - Competitive Salary ($40k-$60k+, negotiable based on experience) - Opportunity for hybrid (at home/in office mix) schedule (when eligible) - Paid time off - Health Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, Life Insurance (when eligible) - 401k Retirement Plan with company participation (when eligible) Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
