Responsibilities * Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. * Utilize effective customer service to handle inquiries and follow up with potential clients. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) systems. * Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in achieving sales goals. * Actively promote products and services to increase sales and enhance customer experience. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients. * Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems. * Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. * Experience in supervising staff or leading teams is a plus. * Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers.
