Key Responsibilities: * Hiring/Firing/Training your sales staff. * Maintain new vehicle inventory turn of 60 days or less. * Meet or exceed all manufacturer sales goals for New and Certified Pre-Owned units. * Meet all manufacturer standards for sales bonus programs. * Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable (LMA). * Maintain an average GP PVR of $3,500 or greater. * Achieve an average output of 15 new and used retail units per Client Advisor. * Complete all required manufacture training and certifications. Qualifications: * Proven track record of being a high-performance Sales Manager in a fast-paced environment. * Out of the Box thinker. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Ability to thrive in a proactive, results-oriented work culture. Position Overview: * Highlights: Work/life balance, normal business hours, five-day work week (NO Sundays), friendly team atmosphere. * Job Type: Sales Manager * Work Hours: Monday-Saturday, off on Sundays with another day off during the week. Monday-Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-5. * Annual Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000. * Base Pay: $48,000 - $60,000 + Commission. * Benefits: Health, Dental, Paid Time Off, 401(k) plan, Paid Training. * Location: Denver, CO.
