Requirements

• Ability to get to downtown Youngsville office daily (open to part time help as well).
• Work schedule is flexible, but need around 20 hours a week.
• Office is closed Wednesdays, so work days would be M, T, R, F.
• Work could begin immediately, and no later than May 26th. The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to:
• Fielding incoming phone calls and taking care of customer needs
• Servicing current customer insurance policies (Home, Auto, maybe commercial)
• Using multiple software systems for servicing policies, keeping records, and quoting new business
• No cold calling or sales required Skill

Requirements

of this job include:

• Typing and computer efficiency/literacy
• Must love people and have a knack to help people
• Problem solver that will advocate for our customers, and work with our carriers to solve problems
• Ability to be professional and personable with clientele and co-workers
• High school diploma
• Prior business or customer care experience appreciated Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
