Our sales professionals earn a lucrative commission. Our sales associates are able to earn $45,000-$55,000+ annually with a sales guarantee of at least $20.00 per hour for the first three months. • Greet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concerns regarding flooring products and services
• Ensure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceeded
• Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes
• All other duties as assigned WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Previous sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essential
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals
• Dependable, presentable and personable with the public
• Basic computer and typing skills needed
