Central Florida Lincoln is hiring! We need experienced Automotive Sales Professionals! A problem-solver who sees things in an innovative fashion and can make the complex seem simple? Then we want you to be part of our team! _The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years ' experience in automotive sales, is confident, and has excellent communication and time management skills. WE are looking for someone that will provide our customers with a premium standard of customer service. _ Prior Ford or Lincoln experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications

:

• Valid driver 's license.
• 2 years ' experience in automotive sales.
• Strong computer/internet, mobile/Smart phone, and Social Media skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Neat, clean and professional appearance.
• Strong organization skills with great attention to detail.
• Self-motivated.
• Must be able to work full-time hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

will include:

• Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities.
• Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives.
• Negotiating deals with customers
• Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system.
• Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality customer service and to generate future referrals.
• Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales.
• Maintaining all training courses in STARS and KPA.
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the automotive sales process.
• Build a Rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
• Answer leads, emails, phone calls.
• Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more Pay: $32,500.00 - $185,000 .00 per year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32,500.00 - $185,000.00 per year
