About the role: The Front Desk Sales Associate (FDSA) assists with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The FDSA also assists with retaining current members. QUALIFICATIONS: * PREVIOUS XPONENTIAL FITNESS EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED. * SEEKING LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT * Sales Driven - ability to work under pressure. * Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday * Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email * Must have proficient computer skills EXPECTATIONS: * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training * Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system * Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production * Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills * Providing excellent customer service * Daily and/or occasional travel may be required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close * Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants * Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider * Present available services to current or prospective members * Book appointments for leads * Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club * Welcoming each client, learning and using their names in greeting * Giving Announcements at end of classes * Selling retail * Help to keep the studios clean/tidy. * Other duties as assigned Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Shift: * 4 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Ability to Commute: * Encinitas, CA 92024 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Encinitas, CA 92024: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
