Job Summary Right at Home In-Home Care and Assistance, a provider of non-medical assistance in the home, is seeking a motivated, outgoing Community Liaison to join our team. The Community Liaison role combines outside sales and marketing activity, client care, and employee engagement to accomplish the Company mission, "To improve the quality of life for those we serve." The primary sales and marketing role of the Community Liaison is to promote Right at Home in the community and create a positive identity for the Company through personal visits and marketing materials. Access to Aflac and Globe Life benefits programs COMPENSATION * Salary plus commission * Bonus based on performance * Mileage reimbursement ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RE: MARKETING: The Community Liaison will... * Represent Right at Home in the community by building positive, professional relationships with referral sources and other industry leaders. * Pre-plan weekly sales activities to include in-person visits as well as providing marketing and promotional materials. * Set sales goals and measure results. * Maintain written documentation relating to sales activity. * Create and develop promotional materials as needed. * Identify new service opportunities and sales potential. * Maintain an up-to-date competitive file including charge and bill rates. * Meets regularly with the Agency President to report on sales activity, goals, and opportunities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RE: CLIENT CARE: The Community Liaison will... * Conduct client/family consultations to determine client needs. * Assist client/family with completing admissions documentation at start of care. * Work with agency administrators to ensure a good client/caregiver match. * Engage in consistent follow-up with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure care plan meets client needs. * Identify and report opportunities to improve the client experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RE: OPERATIONS: The Community Liaison will... * Minimize caregiver and client turnover through effective communication and relationship building. * Maintain complete, accurate and timely records in the Company's CRM system. * Maintains compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and agency policies and procedures. * Participate in the Company's Quality Assurance program and evaluation. * Respond to all calls from clients, caregivers or Right at Home administrators in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Other duties assigned by the Agency Director. QUALIFICATIONS: * 2 years of healthcare marketing preferred. * Knowledge of geriatrics preferred but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain calm in potentially stressful/emergent situations. * Excellent organizational skills and time management. Ability to set priorities and complete goals. * Ability to work well with a small team. * Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair. Must have reliable transportation as job requires visiting clients in their homes and visiting referral sources in the community. * Proficient in preparing and proof-reading correspondence and forms. * Ability to operate office equipment, including but not limited to computers, printers, fax, copier, etc. Knowledge of common office practices. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: * Works primarily outside of the office, with regular local travel required for conducting client visits, as well as networking with referral sources and partner providers in the area.
