Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our southern sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. * Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategies. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. * Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands. * Ensure all areas are tidy and well-organized, including workstations, storage areas, and common spaces. * Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep the workspace in top condition. * Arrange and display products neatly and attractively to enhance customer experience and promote sales. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. * Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems is a plus. * A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
