If so, Business Draft has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, contributing to our mission of expanding our reach and building lasting client relationships through our top-of-the-line Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position will be Contract to Hire and Commission Only to start with. Responsibilities: * Determine where to seek out new business * Establish contact with new business opportunities * Maintain positive growth in your market area * Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability * Get in front of potential problems in order to minimize potential loss * Willingness to cold call contacts and create cold leads into warm leads * Willingness to close the sale and complete a full-circle sales process Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (preferred) * 2+ years in a lead generation field * Excellent interpersonal capability * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Creative thinker * Time management * Sales Skills * Organization Skills * Ability to multitask
