Job Description
: Are you a results-driven, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast- paced environment and loves engaging with people? Are you passionate about helping businesses solve problems and making a positive impact? If so, Business Draft has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, contributing to our mission of expanding our reach and building lasting client relationships through our top-of-the-line Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position will be Contract to Hire and Commission Only to start with.
Responsibilities
:
- Determine where to seek out new business
- Establish contact with new business opportunities
- Maintain positive growth in your market area
- Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability
- Get in front of potential problems in order to minimize potential loss
- Willingness to cold call contacts and create cold leads into warm leads
- Willingness to close the sale and complete a full-circle sales process
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 2+ years in a lead generation field
- Excellent interpersonal capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker
- Time management
