We're currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Lubbock. Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager, you'll: * Lead the sales team with a focus on achieving department goals and profitability. * Set a clear vision for sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets. * Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Oversee day-to-day operations, including showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic. * Manage vehicle appraisals and negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. * Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans to address any shortfalls. What We 're Looking For: * Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in dealership operations and at least 1 year in sales management or auto finance. * Passion for Sales: Proven track record in delivering results and driving team success. * Customer-Centric Approach: Commitment to providing a world-class customer experience. * Ability to commute or relocate to Lubbock, TX, prior to starting.
