Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter with a proven ability to source, screen, and hire exceptional sales talent. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for both entry-level and senior- level commission-based sales positions. Additionally, candidates with a background in high-level sales who understand the nuances of the sales industry are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to conducting initial and final-round interviews. * Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent. * Clearly and persuasively communicate the career growth opportunities and company culture to candidates. * Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts. * Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Provide a seamless candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback. * Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber sales professionals. Qualifications: * Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably hiring for commission-based sales roles. * Sales Background: Prior experience in a high-level sales role is strongly preferred. * Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the energy, sustainability, or home improvement sector is a plus. * Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top-performing sales talent. * Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey career opportunities and engage candidates effectively. * Tech Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. * Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
