An Appointment Specialist is the primary contact with our customers, potential customers, and other parties for setting sales appointments leads, scheduling annual maintenances and service opportunities, scheduling installations, and following up on a variety of issues. Requirements

: Your Skills

• Experience: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills demonstrated though strong customer service experience. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field, and a consistent work history. Those with prior experience handling phone calls in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
