Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team inside Target , representing the AT &T brand. In this role, you'll be the face of AT&T, engaging with customers, providing top-notch service, and helping them choose the best wireless plans and products. Your energy and communication skills will drive both the customer experience and sales success.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet Target customers warmly and introduce them to AT&T wireless solutions.
• Use your communication skills to assess customer needs and recommend the right products or plans.
• Operate a mobile kiosk and Point of Sale (POS) system to complete transactions efficiently.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
• Stand and actively interact with customers for 8 hours per shift.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to meet daily and weekly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth presentation.

Required Qualifications

:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Available to work weekends
• Able to work 3 -4 shifts per week from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Comfortable standing and engaging customers for extended periods
• Reliable transportation (kiosk setup may be required)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities
• Comfortable working hard for higher pay
• Authorized to work in the United States
