Glow Medspa is DFW's busiest medspa... We do more laser hair removal procedures than ANY other med spa in the area, along with our other services. We're currently hiring for a receptionist/scheduler to accommodate our increasing appointments. Are you happy and optimistic by nature? Are you able to multi-task work in a fast-paced environment? A typical day will have you checking clients in, taking calls, checking a client out, and sending appointment reminders... throughout the day. Are you able to deal with a lot of different faces, and keeping a smile the whole time? Are you great at following process and procedures, closely following checklists and making sure those items are done every day? Are you amazing at communicating and relaying information to people? We are fanatical about providing an amazing customer experience to our clients We specialize in laser hair removal. It's the ONLY thing we do, and as such are experts at removing hair Each technician sees 10-15 clients daily, meaning they have and/or gain extensive experience treating a variety of areas, hair types, and thickness We use the best equipment -- Candela Gentlemax Pro's - our lasers are the best on the market Hours of Operation: Tuesday - Saturday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM Compensation: Some of our Receptionists make $800-$1000 per week. It really depends on how proactive you are with following up with leads, selling over the phone, and scheduling. Probation Period: $18/hour *Probation period lasts until your manager feels you can completely handle your tasks independently. Probation is usually 2-3 weeks. After Probation Period: $20.00/hour + commission on package, memberships, and product sales Benefits kick in after 60 days!
