What You 'll Do (Dual Role): Assist guests throughout the vehicle buying process as a Sales Consultant Learn all aspects of the Finance Department. Consultant duties Work with lenders to gain approvals and understand credit decisions Provide a smooth and professional experience from purchase to delivery Maintain compliance with dealership and financial regulations Receive ongoing training from experienced leaders in both departments Who Are You: * Energetic, coachable, and eager to grow in both sales and finance * Excellent communicator with a guest-first mindset * Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable * Guest first attitude. * Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow * Valid Driver's License and willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings What We Offer: * Potential Pay plan Ranges between $60,000 - $120,000+ per year.
