Overview

: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical/administrative functions, inside sales, and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

:

• Oversee the inside sales function of a single trailer plant
• Provide excellent customer service to current accounts & development new accounts
• Respond to inquiries promptly
• Oversee and optimize the work of two (2) inside CSRs
• Oversee day-to-day shipment of trailers
• Process warranties, invoices, MSOs, and FedCert/VIN stickers
• Assist Accounts Receivable with collections on current accounts
• Maintain internal spreadsheets & customer information, and filing important documents
• Improve the efficiency of the sales process
• Support administrative functions of the Vice President of Sales & CSRs as required
• Reports directly to the Vice President of Sales

Qualifications

:

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy & working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite
