Job Overview We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and effectively negotiate deals to meet customer needs. Duties * Conduct direct sales activities to generate new business. * Engage in phone calling to identify and qualify potential leads. * Manage and nurture customer relationships through regular follow-ups and strategies. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. * Identify comunity evants for business deveopement purposes. * Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve sales targets. * Presenting finance options offered by our company to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams to align on product offerings and customer feedback. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using relevant software tools. Requirements * Proven experience in direct sales. * Social Media marketing skills/experience is a must. * Strong communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and analyzing data. * A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
