Duties * Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new opportunities through different channels, referrals, events, warm leads. * Possess the ability to update and educate your customers on the various insurance options that will best fit their unique needs. * Maintain the necessary skillset to cross-sell and upsell insurance services that best maximize your customer's lifestyle. * Handle any/all necessary insurance policy related tasks, including, but not limited to collecting payments, identifying claim errors, update all necessary policy changes. * Play a pivotal role in helping clients and their families protect their most important possessions. * Stay up to date on industry standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service-related roles, preferably in insurance sales or related fields. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences both via phone and in person. * Familiarity with sales techniques and outside sales strategies is desirable. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective sales administration. * A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving results. * A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * State Insurance License is a plus or must be willing to obtain required licensure. * P&CP aids with the required licensure along with guaranteed job placement.
