As we expand our professional footprint, we're seeking a Salon Development Representative to identify, engage, and activate high-potential salons in assigned territories -- creating strong foundations for long-term brand success. Summary We are seeking a Salon Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Eufora International. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by establishing strong relationships with salons and promoting our innovative hair care solutions. Located in the United States, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Lead generation and sales support. * Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and staff. * Identify prospective salons that align with Eufora's values using Instagram, Google, industry publications, Yelp, and other research tools. * Conduct outreach via DM, phone, email, and mailers to introduce Eufora and generate interest. * Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or product demos with the assigned Business Development Manager (BDM). * Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and maximize the use of digital tools to ensure lead status, notes, and engagement history are up to date. * Partner with Sales to execute strategic territory plans and hit acquisition targets. Requirements * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the beauty industry. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Experience with outbound calling and telemarketing is a plus. * Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. Bonus Points * Previous experience working in a salon or beauty distribution setting. * Bilingual (Spanish is a plus depending on territory). * Strong Instagram or social media acumen.
