Gaspy Infusion Services is seeking a Full Time RN to support our Houston, TX location. Clinical Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and pursuing new business opportunities in the healthcare market. This role involves analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and providing leadership to the sales team, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to implement effective sales strategies. Monday-Friday We are seeking a VIETNAMESE SPEAKING nurse * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other medical professionals * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare market * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas * Provide the majority, if not all of the direct care for all specifically assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of all communications with appropriate care team members including pharmacists, physicians, dieticians, home patient representatives and any appropriate community resource staff members. * Evaluate and education patient/care partner to safely administer the home infusion therapy and provide additional instruction as indicated. * Develop, in conjunction with other clinical team members, each patients Care Map and evaluate patients response to therapy during each home visit or encounter. * Coordinate care via live telephone conversations and/or voicemail with the team as determined by the urgency of information to be relayed. * Document all communications at the time of service. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS * RN Degree, BSN Preferred * Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy * Current nursing license for applicable state * Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred * Excellent customer service skills * Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
