Role: Managing operations and performance of the inside sales and account representatives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Management, etc. Experience can be substituted * Proven experience in managing sales team performance * Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation strategies. * Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). * Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. * Process Orientated * Sales Pipeline Management * 5+ Year Sales Experience Responsibilities: * Oversee the performance of Account Representatives and ISR's. * Work closely with Sales Management Team to drive outcomes * Maintain strong relationships with key accounts * Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. * Act as the primary contact for customer escalations.
