Role: Managing operations and performance of the inside sales and account representatives.

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Management, etc. Experience can be substituted
• Proven experience in managing sales team performance
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Process Orientated
• Sales Pipeline Management
• 5+ Year Sales Experience

Responsibilities

:

• Oversee the performance of Account Representatives and ISR's.
• Work closely with Sales Management Team to drive outcomes
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for customer escalations. Key Performance Indicators:
• Revenue and Profit Performance/ Growth
• Customer Retention Rate/ Rate to Goal
• New Customer Growth/ New Customer Counts
• Current Account maintenance and growth/ Account product mix
• Team health/ Retention/ Productivity/ etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
