About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Central Marine St. Petersburg (CMSP). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Minimum Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in sales or business development * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the marine industry * Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales and revenue growth * Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and loyalty * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies * Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process Skills: As a Sales Consultant, you will utilize your exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth. You will also leverage your analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives. In addition, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical to your success in this role. Finally, your proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools will enable you to track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
