Location: Rockville, MD Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site H &C Construction is seeking a highly motivated Sales Estimator Representative to join our dynamic team in Rockville, MD. This role is all about building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales growth by connecting with potential clients and guiding them through our remodeling services. * Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. * Follow up consistently with leads and nurture them through the sales cycle. * Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless communication and project handoff. * Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain clear communication. * Work closely with management to set and achieve sales targets and KPIs. * Negotiate project estimates and contracts effectively to close deals. Preferred Qualifications (Only a Plus): * Experience in residential remodeling sales (kitchen, bathroom, basement projects). * Familiarity with estimating project costs and presenting detailed proposals. * Understanding of local building codes and permitting processes. Qualifications: * Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport, listen actively, and address client concerns. * Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. * Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools.
