City Lifestyle is a luxury publishing company headquartered in downtown Kansas City, MO that publishes monthly magazines in a franchise model created exclusively for and about the residents of affluent communities across the country. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Primary Responsibilities: * Utilize various sourcing techniques such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for hiring needs. * Screen resumes, review assessment surveys and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align. * Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description creation, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation. This individual should possess the following skills/traits: * The desire to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to adapt to growth within our rapidly expanding company. Self-induced initiative is greatly desired. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * 2+ years of experience in a similar role. * Residency in Kansas City metropolitan area * Full time, onsite Monday through Friday * Sitting or standing as preferred for long periods of time in front of a computer * No travel required About Us City Lifestyle launched its flagship publication, Leawood Lifestyle, in September 2009.
