Compensation & Benefits * First year expected earnings: $70,000 - $100,000 (base salary plus uncapped commissions) * Work Vehicle: Wrapped work vehicle provided, which can be taken home * Health Insurance: No company-provided plan, but a monthly stipend may be available * 401(k): 3% company match (vesting begins after 1 year) * Phone & Technology: Provided Duties and Responsibilities * Identify and research potential clients within the territory from Melbourne to Cocoa Beach and South to Port St. Lucie * Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business * Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals for painting projects * Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with internal stakeholders * Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed * Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to enhance sales strategies * Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives * Create and implement processes and policies to support overall business growth * Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline * Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business * Track and report on the status of proposal components and sales opportunities * Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends and opportunities * Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals that align with company goals * Drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals * Prepare and submit sales contracts in compliance with company policies Skills and Qualifications * Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the painting or home services industry * Impeccable verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively * Familiarity with project management methodologies to coordinate sales efforts with production teams * Understanding of the painting industry, including materials, logistics, and supply-chain management * Strong problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions for clients * Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software for reporting and proposals * Ability and willingness to travel locally for meetings with prospective and existing clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Company car * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Uncapped commission Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evenings as needed * Weekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melbourne, FL 32904
