Overview

: We're seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Cary, NC office. This full-time role will focus on managing CCP 's Extended Warranties, promoting Routine Maintenance Plans , and driving new customer acquisition. You'll spend your day communicating with customers, compiling detailed service records, and managing follow-ups--so being detail-oriented and comfortable working independently is key.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and promote extended warranties and maintenance plans for customers
• Reach out to prospective clients and generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up outreach
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and service agreements
• Organize, update, and manage sales databases and CRM entries
• Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and care
• Assist with service reminders, contract renewals, and customer education Required Experience & Skills:
• Previous experience in sales (REQUIRED)
• Strong cold calling and lead generation skills preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage detailed customer records and follow-up tasks
• Comfortable working independently in an office-based role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a technical or service-based sales environment
