Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, expertise in sales, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in enhancing their experience. Responsibilities * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Must have excellent sales skills and be able to meet sales goals * Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. * Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the proprietary PMS. * Assist guests with inquiries regarding CycleBar services, offer & promotions, and amenities. * Process payments accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Maintain an organized & clean studio, including stocking supplies as needed. * Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure resolution. * Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including a combination of weekdays 5:30am-10:00am, 4:00pm-7:00pm shifts and weekends/holidays 7:30-11:00am shifts. Qualifications * Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
