What You 'll Do * Be the technical expert: Advise commercial growers, biotech companies, and research institutions on how to optimize controlled environments for plant, tissue, or insect growth. * Drive innovation: Connect research findings and hands-on experience to practical solutions using Biora's industry-leading products. * Support customers: Guide clients in agriculture, horticulture, entomology, and biotech to solve their most pressing growth and production challenges. * Collaborate across teams: Work with our R&D and engineering teams to customize solutions and support product improvements based on real-world feedback. * Represent Biora: Attend conferences, industry events, and trade shows to share knowledge and grow your network. What We 're Looking For Must-Have: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in horticulture, plant science, tissue culture, entomology, insect rearing, biotechnology, or a closely related field. * Hands-on experience with plant growth, tissue culture, or insect rearing systems (in academia, industry, or research settings). * Excellent communication skills--you can translate technical knowledge into real-world benefits for non-experts. * Willingness to travel (~30%) and relocate to Lancaster, TX. Bonus Points: * Experience working in research greenhouses, controlled environment labs, plant or insect growth chambers, or commercial settings. * Familiarity with hydroponics, environmental control technology, or entomology/biotech research. * Interest in learning sales and customer engagement best practices.
