We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking, community outreach, and prospecting new clients.
• Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and retirement solutions.
• Assist clients with completing applications and documentation for insurance policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Analyze client information to recommend suitable coverage options that align with their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Participate in lead-generation activities to expand the client base and build your book of business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide the best service to clients. Skills
• Proven experience in sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to clients.
• Exceptional customer service skills to foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Experience in insurance sales is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Compensation

:

• Commission-only structure with earning potential between $59,848 to $108,000 per year , based on performance.
