Role Overview: As a Sales Professional/Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing and effective displays that enhance the customer shopping experience. You will work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that our store always presents a polished and inviting atmosphere. Key Objectives: * Ensure that all store displays adhere to company standards and consistently provide an exceptional shopping experience. * Effectively communicate and train store staff on visual merchandising requirements to maintain flawless displays. * Deliver outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for every client. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with the Special Projects and Merchandising teams to maintain visual standards, incorporating product launches, installations, and daily stock movement. * Work closely with the Merchandising team and store staff to ensure efficient stock rotation and comprehensive brand knowledge. * Merchandise all installations and new deliveries to showcase products effectively, liaising with internal and external teams to meet visual merchandising needs. * Develop and maintain a detailed visual merchandising schedule to optimize store presentation. * Organize regular VM visits with brands to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. * Train retail staff on company visual standards to empower them to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Contribute to sales goals by providing excellent customer service and cultivating strong client relationships. Attitude: * A strong passion for fashion, design, and retail, with a creative eye for visual merchandising. * Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of visual displays. * A team player who can work effectively with colleagues from various departments. * Ability to adapt to changing trends, priorities, and last-minute requests. * Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the visual presentation of the store. *KPI 's/Key Deliverables: * Adherence to visual merchandising standards and guidelines * Timely execution of seasonal and promotional displays * Communication and training to store employees for all VMD requirements * Preparation of product launches and deliveries * Inter/Intra communication * Positive customer feedback and increased sales * Effective collaboration with the merchandising and store teams Skills: * Strong organizational and time management skills * Detail-oriented; Ability to multitask and prioritize * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Photoshop skills highly preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree * 1+ year of retail visual merchandising experience * Portfolio of previous work required
