Join Our Team at Calle 's Auto Insurance: Licensed Insurance Agent Wanted! Are you an experienced and goal-oriented insurance agent looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment? Look no further! We are seeking a talented and driven insurance broker to join our team at Calle's Auto Insurance. If you are computer literate, have knowledge in ITC, FSC, and DYL, and are passionate about providing excellent service to clients, we want to hear from you! Position: Licensed Insurance Agent Location: Santa Ana and Norwalk CA Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Language: Spanish speaking a plus Compensation includes hourly vs commission with high earning potential. 401K, Medical, Dental, Paid leave, and Vacation Days. Responsibilities: - Utilize your experience as an insurance broker to provide exceptional service to clients - Work in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed sales goals - Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage client information and processes - Demonstrate proficiency in ITC, FSC, and DYL systems - Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide them with the best insurance solutions - Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance policies and regulations - Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business objectives * (NO COLD CALLS) Make outbound calls using company generated lead sources Qualifications: - Must hold a valid insurance license - Proven experience as an insurance broker - Proficiency in IT systems such as ITC, FSC, and DYL - Strong computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Goal-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule - Spanish speaking skills are a plus Join our team and take your insurance career to the next level!
