Responsibilities of a Junior Sales Specialist: * Build brand awareness and drive sales revenue through various face-to-face local marketing and outreach efforts to promote services and further educate consumers on our clients * Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction * Become an expert negotiator, successfully handling customer objections and account discrepancies to close sales while gaining tips with the Junior Sales Specialist team from industry experts * Aid in consumer retention, brand growth, and profitability * Regularly participate in ongoing training, virtual webinars, and brainstorming sessions among the sales and Junior Sales Specialist team * Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including the customers reached, presentations completed, orders processed, and any customer relationship issues Qualifications of a Junior Sales Specialist: * Professional and effective communication skills in small and large groups * Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to educate a diverse group of people effectively * Leadership experience within the school, sports, or professional environment is preferred * Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment * Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $59,041.00 - $65,066.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
