Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. You will play a key role in creating an inviting shopping experience while showcasing our products, particularly in cabinets, countertops, and flooring renovation solutions. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. * Utilize POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. * Collaborate with team members to design appealing layouts that showcase products effectively. * Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is well-displayed. * Provide knowledgeable advice on cabinets, countertops, and flooring sales. * Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is advantageous. * Skills in layout design and organizational tasks are a plus. * Experience with 20/20 or similar design software is beneficial but not required. * A passion for home improvement, renovation will enhance your ability to connect with customers.
