Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively. Duties - Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. - Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance products. - Administer benefits and assist clients with policy changes or claims. - Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. - Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they are informed about their coverage options. - Provide ongoing customer support, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service delivery. Experience - No experience is required, we have a great training program. - Familiarity with benefits administration and insurance products is a plus. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
