Job Description

for Charter Sales Manager SF The successful candidate must be highly motivated and organized, and must be a team-oriented individual, capable of providing first-class customer service and care. A results-driven candidate with a history of strong performance in the charter industry will thrive. This person will be responsible for maintaining and growing clients and building and sustaining effective business relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Must provide prompt and accurate price quoting to customers and follow-up on quotes to determine results.
• Must have motorcoach knowledge
• Must be able to handle high call/email volume and produce quotes in an expedited fashion.
• Represents the company in a professional manner at trade shows and industry/marketing events.
• Collaborate with team members within the company to ensure cohesive teamwork.
• Follow up with clients post trip to ensure satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Knowledge of Bay Area is a must
• Adapts to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
• Book, cancel, and confirm the trips
• Enter trip and client information into computer systems and complete paperwork accurately and with a sense of urgency.
• Displays a sense of urgency and provides information to our clients in a professional manner and in a timely fashion. EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
• 5 years of similar industry sales experience required.
• Familiarity with computer programs for the transportation industry SCHEDULING AND COMPENSATION:
• This is a full-time, permanent position
• The schedule will predominantly be M-F
