Inside Sales Representative Location: Jackson NJ Position Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them identify the right materials and services for their needs. You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, processing orders, and supporting field sales efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service, problem-solving, and construction materials. This role will primarily be office-based but will require occasional off-site meetings with clients or visits to job sites. As the company continues to grow, there is strong potential for this position to evolve into an Outside Sales Representative role. Key Responsibilities * Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries regarding asphalt and aggregate orders. * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and internal teams. * Provide accurate pricing, product availability, and delivery information. * Enter and manage sales orders in the system with attention to accuracy and detail. * Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries. * Assist the outside sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and customer updates. * Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Qualifications & Skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales software. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous inside sales or customer service experience a plus.
