LA Fashion Source specializes in sourcing and producing high quality sustainable fabrics. Company's products range from organic cotton, bamboo, and wool to recycled polyester and nylon, ensuring a wide variety of options for clientele. Currently, having established a strong presence in the domestic market, serving local designers and small fashion brands who are committed to sustainability. Individual is tasked with the fashion brand's global expansion, not only regarding the target markets but in scaling up production capabilities overseas. Must have knowledge on fashion and accessories import process, orchestrating logistics, and upholding compliance with regulatory standards, and successfully steering end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure seamless import/export operations. Using previously garnered experience the ideal candidate will identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and execute plans to establish and grow our presence in these key markets. A crucial part of the role involves scaling our team by recruiting top talent to support our expansion efforts. A successful applicant will demonstrate a proven track record in international market entry, a deep understanding of the fashion industry, and exceptional leadership skills to drive our brand's growth and success in new territories.
