Superior Metal Structures & Concrete, LLC is growing metal building construction company in eastern North Carolina. Our motto: Quality and Service is our #1 Priority. We are a leading company that provides top of the line metal buildings and concrete foundations. We build from the ground up and provide turn key structures. We are a family owned local business that treat employees and customers like family. We currently have two sales office locations one in Beulaville and one in Kinston. Sales Representative Job Summary: Sales Representative will be responsible for selling metal buildings and materials. This involves answering phone calls and giving customer quotes based on what they are looking for. Responsibilities of Sales Representative: Learn company products, procedures, and philosophy in dealing with customers. Maximize structure sales Follow up with current and former customers on regular basis and to provide excellent customer service based on overall needs Become your customer's preferred supplier. Understand profit margins and how to maintain them while increasing sales. Attend training sessions to learn and keep current on products we sell. Educate customers on products we sell. Effectively handle customer complaints and warranty issues. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and neat work environment. Qualifications & Requirements of Sales Representative: Must be friendly and have an outgoing personality, enjoys working with people. Ability to establish rapport, build customer relationships and provide solutions to our customers. Competitive nature and strong sales attitude. Motivation with strong drive and desire to succeed. Time management, execution and organizational skills are necessary to be successful. Must be able to learn products, sales processes and systems. Proven success in sales and building relationships is a plus. High School diploma required.
