PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Experience * Practice consultative selling by asking open-ended questions about preferences and needs * Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences * Educate customers on products without overwhelming them * Always offer relevant add-ons or promotions during checkout * Handle customer complaints with empathy and solutions-oriented approach Sales & Product Knowledge * Complete our comprehensive 7-day training program before working independently * Become an expert on all store products including smoking accessories, disposables, glass, and accessories * Understand nicotine strengths, flavor profiles, and coil compatibility * Utilize effective upselling techniques without being pushy * Operate the POS system accurately and handle transactions efficiently * Participate in sales contests and strive to meet store sales goals Store Operations * Maintain a spotless store environment--clean floors, counters, and displays * Restock and organize shelves every 2 hours during shift * Assist with inventory management, noting low-stock items * Sanitize customer touchpoints regularly throughout the day * Ensure all signage is correct and up-to-date * Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned REQUIREMENTS * Strong customer service orientation and friendly demeanor * Ability to adapt to different customer types and communication styles * Basic math skills for handling transactions * Willingness to learn extensive product knowledge * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Previous retail experience * Bilingual abilities are a plus GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES We believe in promoting from within.
