A small company in the social services/healthcare sector is seeking a full- time Sales Director. Benefits include healthcare, 401k with company match, paid time off, great company culture. This position has responsibility for planning and implementing company sales strategy and meeting monthly sales targets through varied sales activities. Supervises a small team of sales professionals; develops and maintains relationships with professional referral sources; engages in public speaking activities; analyzes department activity based on sales reports; cultivates strategic partnerships. Job duties are expected to be about 70% outside sales and about 30% administrative. This is a full-time exempt position, most work hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The position is hybrid, with ability to work in- person and remotely as the role requires. Listed annual compensation range includes $100,000 annual base salary and potential goal-based bonus structure. Qualifications: * Outside sales experience, specifically selling a service-based product * Experience establishing professional referral relationships * Experience developing and executing sales strategy to reach sales goals * Supervisory experience * Proven ability to convert leads into new business and meet sales targets * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a small business setting with a team approach * Experience and proficiency with sales databases, cell phone apps, standard office suites (e.g. MS Office) * Ability to work independently, organize travel efficiently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Active driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle required Please submit your r esume for consideration.
