A small company in the social services/healthcare sector is seeking a full- time Sales Director.

This position has responsibility for planning and implementing company sales strategy and meeting monthly sales targets through varied sales activities. Supervises a small team of sales professionals; develops and maintains relationships with professional referral sources; engages in public speaking activities; analyzes department activity based on sales reports; cultivates strategic partnerships. Job duties are expected to be about 70% outside sales and about 30% administrative. This is a full-time exempt position, most work hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The position is hybrid, with ability to work in- person and remotely as the role requires. Listed annual compensation range includes $100,000 annual base salary and potential goal-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

:

• Outside sales experience, specifically selling a service-based product
• Experience establishing professional referral relationships
• Experience developing and executing sales strategy to reach sales goals
• Supervisory experience
• Proven ability to convert leads into new business and meet sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a small business setting with a team approach
• Experience and proficiency with sales databases, cell phone apps, standard office suites (e.g. MS Office)
• Ability to work independently, organize travel efficiently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
