Join the Prime Machine Team as an Industrial Sales Expert in Mining, Power Generation, Cement & Heavy Industry! Are you a driven, experienced salesperson with a strong background in mining, power generation, and heavy industrial sectors? Prime Machine is looking for an Industrial Salesperson who thrives in a dynamic, high-stakes environment and has a proven track record of delivering top-tier solutions to the industries that drive our economy. If you have 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, you'll want to be part of our growing success! What You'll Be Doing: As an Industrial Salesperson, you will be at the forefront of Prime Machine's business development, driving solutions for key industries. You'll visit both existing and new customers to assess their needs and provide them with services and solutions tailored to their operational requirements. * Sales & Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in industries like Mining, Power Generation, Cement, and other heavy industries. * Industry Focus :Apply your expertise to solving the most pressing challenges in industries like mining, cement, power generation, and steel mills, delivering vital solutions for the toughest environments. * Wide Range of Applications : Work with clients on a broad range of industrial systems such as hydraulics, turbines, pumps, mills, conveyors, and more, ensuring the equipment operates at peak performance. * Solution-Oriented Approach : Assess client needs in the field and recommend services ranging from repairs, design, reverse engineering, installations, and services to preventative maintenance, both on-site and in our workshop. What Prime Machine Expects from You: * Industry Knowledge : You should have a solid understanding of the challenges and equipment used in Mining, Power Generation, Cement, and heavy industrial sectors. * Sales Expertise : Proven ability to identify, qualify, and secure new business by offering tailored solutions that align with the client's operational needs. * Proposal Development : Ability to create detailed and accurate proposals, including estimates, pricing, and scope of work for large industrial projects. * Problem-Solving : Collaborate with internal teams to address any project challenges and ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement to job completion. * Customer-Centric Focus : Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular site visits, proactive communication, and ongoing service support. What We 're Looking For in an Ideal Candidate: * Experience : At least 5 years of sales experience within the Mining, Power Generation, Cement, or heavy industrial sectors. * Industry Expertise : Solid understanding of mining, power generation, and cement manufacturing industries. * Technical Aptitude : A desire to learn and understand the technical side of industrial systems, including turbines, pumps, mills, conveyors, and more. * Sales Drive : Strong ability to close sales, negotiate effectively, and deliver results while building relationships with existing and potential clients. * Communication Skills : Exceptional listening, communication, and negotiation skills to understand client needs and offer customized solutions. * Engineering or Business Background : A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business is a plus but not required.
