Position Description The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing front line support to external and internal customers to ensure that all administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires a high level of organization, customer service, strong problem-solving skills, a high level of accuracy, safety, and productivity. Position Responsibilities * Assist in the preparation and execution of sales agreements, including explaining terms and conditions to customers, collecting deposits, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely. * Respond to inquiries from prospective and current customers, providing information on available units, addressing concerns or issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers. * Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, customer information, sales agreements, and related documentation using the software or database provided. * Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient and effective sales operations. * Responsible for issuing LPO/MPO's to perform work and/or service on units. Preferred Qualifications/Experience Requirements * Strong problem-solving skills and communication, both written and verbal. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to work independently and * Commitment to quality, customer focused mindset both internally and externally. * A positive can-do attitude. * Proficient in Office 365 Applications, with experience in Salesforce. * A minimum of 1 years' experience at Kraft Tank Corporation and/or a related * Qualified candidates must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communications, the ability to multi-task and a passion for quality, creative work. * Must have a valid Driver's License. Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, crouch, or crawl for long periods of time. * Computer work as needed in an office setting. * Must be able to communicate effectively in written or verbal skills with management and team members. * Travel as needed to other locations by vehicle, plane, or train. * Reasonable accommodation will be provided for those requiring assistance.
