Job description Wanted: Professional Sales person preferably with relationships/clientele in the commercial property management industry. Must be a self starter, self directed, money motivated all star. We will train you to be an expert in the estimating portion of the job. We are not looking to teach you how to be amazing, you must have a proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management. If you're the best, we want to talk to you! * Job Responsibilities: Sale Meet with clients Understand what the client needs/ wants for their parking lots Prepare a written estimate Send to the client Follow up and sell the contract * Job Requirements: Must have minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
