Sales & Customer Service Code 1022 We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Sales Team. Responsibilities include: processing orders by phone, email or fax; handling customer support related issues; managing sales campaigns; and maintaining our lead/ customer database. The ideal candidate will have a Life Science-related background and the ability to work independently or as a team. Adept computer skills with experience using prominent computer programs such as Microsoft Access are a plus. Salary and rank commensurate with the applicant's qualifications and experience. Benefits include a great insurance package (medical, dental, vision, life), paid time off, and a retirement plan. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in the life sciences or a related field with 2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience. We are seeking individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical/critical thinking adeptness, and proficient outreach skills. Applicants must meet the following requirements: have excellent time management skills; be organized and highly motivated; have strong multi- tasking and project management skills even on complex projects; and the capacity to work independently within deadlines.
