About the Role You'll start as a Tracking & Tracing Specialist, mastering the foundation of freight operations. After 90 days, if you demonstrate the ability to own your work and deliver results, you'll be promoted to Account Manager with bonus opportunities. Phase 1: Tracking & Tracing (First 90 Days) Responsibilities: Monitor the real-time movement of our shipments using GPS tracking tools. Ensure drivers are on schedule and meeting delivery commitments. Proactively communicate shipment status to clients through CRM updates and direct outreach. Anticipate delays, identify issues early, and escalate problems quickly. Maintain detailed, accurate records of all load activities. Phase 2: Account Manager (After Successful 90-Day Review) Expanded Responsibilities: Build new shipments into our CRM system. Post available freight on Truckstop and DAT boards. Negotiate rates and lanes with carriers. Quote clients on new loads and new opportunities. Continue managing freight from pickup to delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, freight, dispatch, or customer service is a plus -- but not required. Strong communication and time management skills.
