Compensation: $112,300 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions. * Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations. * Develop marketing strategies to promote listings (e.g., social media, MLS). * Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations. * Manage communication and coordination between all parties during transactions. * Maintain records, provide exceptional client service, and nurture long-term relationships.
